COOKING IS AN ARTIt’s a very wrong concept in our society that only housewives can make delicious foods. Students and workingwomen can also be a good cook. They can also enjoy the good remarks from their love ones. This is very true that college, university students and working women find cooking as a monster, or they think they can not do good cooking along with the studies or work, that’s why they some time do cooking without any interest and will. During old ages women used to spend their whole days in preparing just a single dish. But nowadays it is not a tuff job anymore. Prepared spices and recipes from books, magazines and Internet are there to help them.
Any
body can enjoy cooking but for that he/she must k 1. As we know perfection needs interest. So whenever you go to your kitchen take a whole look at it. Clean your kitchen before starting. It will give you pleasure and you will not get bored. 2. Then prepare your mind with a happy mood. Take all the required ingredients for your menu. 3. Choose your menu according to the mood and likings of family members and weather. 4. If you are not using your own recipe then do not get worried or confused while taking the appropriate quantity of ingredients. You can also add or subtract according to your own wish. 5. Some time we do mistakes during cooking so do not worry about mistakes you can do alteration and can apply different tips to make your dish delicious. 6. It’s only the hurry and lack of confidence make you confused and this confusion makes you unsuccessful. So never get confused. 7. After preparing the dish, its presentation comes. Remember presentation counts more than cooking. Present your simple and traditional food sometime in different style so that dish attracts the eaters. 8. Sometime it also happens that you make a dish but does not prepare related items for that dish that will definitely create frustration to the eaters. For example: Raita is suppose to be must with Biryani, Russian Salad with Chinese Rice, sauces with sup, etc. so whenever prepare some thing keep the making of related dishes in you mind.
There are also some small tips to become master. 1. Use apron during cooking. 2. Whenever you find free hours, keep the required things for the kitchen on their proper place. 3. Keep the jars clean and make the tags of sugar, salt etc. 4. In order to avoid tears when you cut onions, only you have to cut them either under cold water or wet, several times, with cold water the knife you are using. 5. In order to avoid bad smells in the refrigerator, one good tip is to put inside either half of lemon or some coffee grams. Also, it is very effective to put inside a small open recipient with sodium bicarbonate. 6. You must not introduce hot food in the refrigerator, let them cool off first. Clean the fish before introducing to the fridge and put some parsley to avoid bad smells.
If you
consider all the above advices you will definitely call as a good cook
in your family and friends. Because cooking is an art and you can win hearts by good cooking.
