Message from the Editor-in-Chief Pakistan Review
With the advent of a new publication, new responsibilities come to our
shoulders. We believe that Pakistan Review will fulfill them in an
effective and in a positive manner by gathering all its expertise for a
single objective………….. the socio-economic uplift of the people.
But have we noticed a child in poorest of the poor group of masses in
Ethiopia, in Afghanistan… a human being, just like us… dieing of
starving,
dieing of a bomb, negative use of nuclear capability in Hiroshima and
Nagasaki… the people crying and compelled to face death? All this due
to the mismatch of clash of vested interests. There are ways to divert
the collision from the negative to the positive, if, we try to eliminate
vested interest and combine them for all humanity. But there is a need
of an impartial individual, organization or country. If we don’t find
such person, on the other hand, every individual and organization can
work for this cause. How? We need to combine interest and gather our
energies for a single whole.
We all need to create a common culture. The culture where no poor child
dies of hunger, no man dies of a bomb, no negative use of nuclear power.
Where every man gets at least his basic needs. It can be materialized if
nations help each other in their efforts for security, business,
investment, finding and shooting the causes of crimes, if the masses
really select their leader who has a wider vision, world perspective and
a civilized one. Who can set up good trade and business relations with
the neighboring countries. All this epitomized in good governance.
Note: Readers are welcome to send their suggestions.
With an optimistic note for a better world !
